This desk is built solidly and is a breeze to put together. It's quite a flexible piece of furniture and the size is just right.

I’d suggest creating a thermal jacket for the DL15 and related items. We’d surely grab one. As it is, we’re probably gonna have one custom made before we head out with the device on its inaugural trip in July 2023.

I reached out to Dellonda about my outdoor table top shattering, and honestly, I was left feeling more than let down.
1. The vague 12-month warranty really got to me.
2. Paul’s customer service was just patronizing and unhelpful - he could really use some training, if you ask me.
3. It’s baffling that the replacement glass top costs less than £20 less than a whole new table (the glass top is priced at £162, while a new table is available for £199). I still can’t wrap my head around that - they said it’s because there’s a sale on the table, but come on, how can the glass be £17 cheaper?
4. The assumption that we broke the table was just ridiculous - I mean, how else would glass break if not by smashing? It doesn’t just combust or melt, right?

But what really got me was the sheer lack of basic courtesy towards a customer who has spent a good chunk of change. Sure, it’s just one person who ruined my experience, as the products I’ve bought have been great (except for that shattered table). But remember, it’s the customer service that keeps folks coming back. So, thanks a lot, Paul, for the two-star rating.

I really dig this dishwasher. There’s nothing worse than scrubbing dishes by hand, but this machine is a real gem. It holds more than you’d expect. We’re just a couple, and we run it every night. You can set a timer for when it starts up.

The only reason I’m giving it one star less is because of the cutlery rack, which is a bit of a letdown. It sits too low in the unit, and my utensils don’t fit on it properly.

I ordered a cooler for 18 bottles of wine on Tuesday, and it showed up the very next day. Had a little hiccup with the touchscreen, so I called them up. The customer service rep was super sorry about it and sent me a new one that got here the following morning. Fantastic service! The cooler looks sharp and performs well. Just a heads up, though: you gotta have pretty slim bottles to fit all 18 in there.

Getting the leveling right was a bit of a challenge, and those bottom racks just won't fit full-size bottles.

This standing desk frame is super solid, well-crafted, and has a nice finish. I'm really happy with my buy and how fast it got here.
